Yes - there is a $100 minimum to check out on the Marqueemates site, which typically equals about 4 inserts. If you’re looking to purchase fewer than that, you’re still welcome to order by emailing us directly, but the $100 minimum will still apply. This helps us cover production time and includes free shipping.

We guarantee delivery within 5 full business days from the order date to allow for any unexpected delays. That said, most orders arrive much sooner!

If you’re on a tight timeline or need guaranteed delivery, please contact us right away - we can upgrade your shipping for an additional cost.

To attach the inserts to your marquees, you'll need to add adhesive magnetic sheets to your printed inserts. We personally recommend the 1" Uline magnet roll. It's a heavy-duty magnet and already in roll form. We typically cut them in 3-4" pieces and attach 4-6 pieces to each magnet depending on the size of insert.

We do not offer refunds for inserts that arrive late if you selected expedited shipping or placed your order with less than 5 business days' notice. Please plan ahead to help ensure your inserts arrive in time for your event.
